To be a leading and truly African Authority in the Accountancy and Audit professions which interfaces with world wide institutes in fostering advancement of the profession in an environment of mutual respect for a multiplicity of races and business culture.

Our Mission

• To deliver value to our members and their clients.
• To promote the education of accountants and auditors in Zimbabwe creating a sustainable alternative route to full qualification of an auditor who will continuously appreciate the macro-business environment in which Zimbabwe finds itself from time to time.
• To compliment existing efforts in the training of accountants and auditors and assist in national efforts in national resources management ensuring that qualifications are made accessible to hard working people who need them.
• To address the need to come up with homogeneous grassroots practices which are of global standards in the profession focusing on our peculiar needs whilst we work with regional and international institutes.
• To manage the continuous threats of loss of respect and loss of international recognition faced by local professionals where examinations originate locally.
• To re-enforce confidence in local professionals that audit qualifications are generally valid in the country where they are obtained accordingly dispelling this international recognition myth.
• To introduce an institute that offers comparable hours of study at university level but under an intensive workshop.
• To disseminate news while observing the decency that is obligatory upon every citizen.
• To be duty bound to our viewers and listeners and to the public at large.
• To contribute to the social, economic and business development of African countries.
• To avoid being the ally of any special interest and be fair and wholesome in outlook on public affairs.
• To explain and celebrate African history, culture and heritage to the world.
