There are two levels of examination with the CPA Institute: Professional 1 and Professional 2. Holders of certain professional qualifications may be entitled to certain exemptions on a subject-by-subject basis on part 1. Because of the relationship with CPA Ireland and consequently because of the EU Directive on Mutual Recognition that affects them we recognise other bodies that they would admit directly to their membership, their members have a direct membership route. But to practice in Zimbabwe foreigners will be required to convert in Taxation.
